MT-3000 Series & MT-2000-XYZ

The MT-3000 Series is the standard series of microphone positioning devices. With a 3-axis (XYZ) design that supports rectangular coordinates, the MT-3000 Series is available in three models selectable according to the desired movable range. Special specifications are available for variations in size. The MT-2000-XYZ--a 3-axis MT-2000 Series model--is also available.
MT-3000 TYPE 1

The MT-3000 TYPE 1 is the best choice for smaller measurement targets. The base of the MT-3000 TYPE 1 includes casters. In addition to simple assembly, this device offers incredibly easy movement and storage after measurement is complete.

MT-3000 TYPE 2

The MT-3000 TYPE 2 features an expanded vertical range compared with the MT-3000 TYPE 1. To minimize deflection, the device can also be used with two support poles. This allows for reliable control of higher measuring-point. As with the TYPE 1, the TYPE 2 comes with moving casters on the rear of the base, ensuring smooth movability.

MT-3000 TYPE 3

The MT-3000 TYPE 3 is the current mainstream MT-3000 Series model featuring rails. By securing a sufficient movable range for scanning when measuring opening surfaces in a large anechoic room or reverberation room, the MT-3000 TYPE 3 can also be used for sound distribution measurement of larger machines that generate steady noise. TYPE 3 devices are also available with special specifications including different sizes. In particular, a movable horizontal range of up to 5 m is possible.

MT-2000-XYZ

The MT-2000-XYZ is the MT-2000 Series' 3-axis model. Similar to other models, the MT-2000-XYZ features aluminum rails that make the device lightweight and easy to assemble for use as a portable 3-axis machine. In addition, the variable expandability of all three axes allows the device to be configured to match the measurement target. An optional dedicated stand is also available.
