Experiment in an anechoic chamber
Grasping the characteristics of measuring instruments is crucial in measuring operation of any kind. We have made research on some problems in measuring, which have hardly been studied so far. For instance, we have tried to see the tolerance of measurement system when some instruments are combined, and degradation of these instruments along with time. We have also studied the effects of windscreen on the microphone.
Outdoor experiment
We have made various outdoor experiments such as on noise and low frequency noise, long-distance sound propagation, sound reflection by buildings, some diffraction, and so on.
Survey on community response to aircraft noise
The social survey taking use of the questionnaire is effective to measure the actual response of people who are exposed to aircraft noise.
