This soundproofing box is the most suitable for the case that the strict sound absorption performance like the anechoic box is not necessary but the decent sound insulation performance for measuremnt is required. We provide two types for soundproofing the panel outer finish, one is a thin steel construction with excellent sound insulation performance and another one is a wooden type which is a little thicker but light-weighted. The purpose of using it is almost the same as the anechoic box, but comparing to the anechoic box which has a sound absorptive wedge for sound absorptive layer, the soundproofing room has plain absorptive layer of 32kg/m³, 50mm thick.
