The MT-3000 series is a standard type of microphone traverse system (microphone positioning system). It has a Cartesian coordinate three axes (XYZ) mechanism and the type of model can be selected which coincides with desirable range of movement. Request for a special specification to make changes to the dimension is available. We also offer MT-2000-XYZ which is a 3-D axes model of the MT-2000 series.
The MT-3000 TYPE 1 is suitable for capturing small object. The casters are installed under the main unit. It's easy to assemble, its mobile and it's easy to store after use.

The MT-3000 TYPE2 model is the extended model of the MT-3000 TYPE1. TYPE2 has a wider range of movement on the vertical axis. It's used with two support poles to minimize deflection. Along with the TYPE 1, TYPE2 can be moved easily by using casters.

The MT-3000 TYPE 3 is a popular model among the MT-3000 series.
The type 3 can cover enough range to scan the opening between a large reverberation room and anechoic room. So, it is possible to measure sound pressure level or sound intensity distribution around the large object which generates stationary noise.
Special specification for changing the dimension is also available for the Type 3. Especially, the horizontal structure can expand to 5m of motion range with its structure not changed.

The MT-2000-XYZ is a 3 axes model of the MT-2000 series. Similar to the other model, with aluminum rail, MT-2000-XYZ is a very lightweight and easy to assemble, and can be used as a portable 3 axes type. Since each axis can be retractable, it is possible to adjust the size along with the size of the object. A special stand is available as an option.
