Recently in urban areas, it's becoming common that halls are being built near railroads or inside a large compound building.
Therefore, it's important to keep the hall quiet and taking measures of sound/vibration proofing for the same or upper/lower floors in the building as well as the countermeasure against noise/vibration from the outside, making it necessary to adopt a high-grade sound insulation structure called "perfect floating construction" in which the floor, walls and ceiling are separated from the building frame construction and supported by floating frames.
From a concert hall, multipurpose hall and theater, to a lecture hall in school, company event hall or meeting room, rehearsal room, practice room and recording room with a hall. We take pride in our high-grade sound insulation under "guaranteed quality construction system" in which the following are done; sound proofing, vibration-proofing, acoustic design, construction as a result creating total performance.
In case of a hall and a theater, there are usually many details which have imperfections regarding a floating construction such as the intricate balcony seats, trap cellars, grid iron and ceiling spot on the ceiling. The problems and complications of the design drawing are not usually detected at the beginning but, they will show up when the project moves forward.
All these problems will be discovered in the design stage and then they will be resolved in the actual construction which is extremely important to ensure the final acoustic performance.
Especially, the sound isolation structure of a hall with high ceiling must be constructed inside a floating steel frame which is supported by rubber cushions. Therefore, the know-how of doing this work is different from building a small studio.
Attention is required when working upstairs on the sound reflecting or the absorbing characteristic of the finished waved wall and the R configuration of the ceiling which have an effect on the room acoustics.
In short, there is a difference of technology used for halls with large and complex shapes.

Not only do we design/construct halls, but we are also acoustic consultant. We will begin investigating the acoustics: (soundproofing/vibration-proofing design, room acoustical design) at the design stage of the basic and implementation. We will implement various methods such as a room acoustic simulation inputting the room shape and the specific character of the material from the drafts to calculating the reflected sound waves (how the sound echoes), auralization of the simulated sound field and reproducing it in an acoustic experiment room, carrying out an acoustic characteristics measurement (random incidence absorption coefficient, sound transmission loss) of the construction materials using our laboratories or listening experiment, psychoacoustic experiment to investigate the shape of the room. Our experienced staff will assist you in making a scale model of a hall for an acoustic model experiment that you will like then they will implement an acoustic measurement to confirm/evaluate the acoustic performance of your completed hall.
